Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Edcora. We take great pride in our pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our items are high-value and often unique, we maintain a specific return process to ensure the integrity of our collection for all our clients.

The Return Window

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, please adhere to the following timelines:

  • Notification Window: If you have changed your mind, please notify us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier’s tracking).

  • Return Window: Once your return is authorized, you have 3 business days to ship the items back to us.

  • Important Note: Returns initiated or shipped outside of these windows may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same "New" condition in which you received it. This includes:

  • Original State: The item must be unworn, unused, and free of any signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

  • Security Tags: If your item arrived with a tamper-evident security tag, it must remain attached. Removal or tampering with this tag voids the right to a return.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or promotional inserts.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized Pieces: Any item that has been personalized, resized, or custom-made. 

  • Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount or during a promotional event.

How to Start a Return

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. To begin the process, please contact us at returns@edcora.com

  • Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping Options: You may use our dedicated shipping service or your preferred carrier.

  • Prepaid Labels: If you choose our insured carrier service, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and clear packaging instructions. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Liability: If using your own carrier, you assume all "Risk of Loss." We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service with a signature required, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Every return undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our quality control team to ensure it is in its original condition.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 3 business days of our receipt and inspection of the package.

  • Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or has been tampered with. In these cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
